Returns Guarantee

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Ubershoes.

However, in the event of a problem, we guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with. You are entitled to 14 calendar days "cooling off period" to INFORM us of a return. This starts from receipt of goods and contact must be made via the platform you purchased from, I.E website, ebay, Amazon etc. From the date of informing us you have 14 calendar days for the return to reach us The return MUST be unused and in a saleable condition. So please ensure that your purchase is entirely suitable before use.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 
  • If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will also refund the original delivery charge, but not if it is simply unwanted.
  • If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us at sales@ubershoes.co.uk before returning your product.
  • The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic, production and digital display and monitor resolution processes will reasonably allow. Therefore, reasonable variation does not constitute a fault.
  • If we have sent the requested size and the item is non fitting this does not constitute a fault.

14 Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to our returns policy, you have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund, including your original delivery charge if applicable, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive back the cancelled items, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
 

How to return an item

There is no need to contact us in advance of returning an item, unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described. You are responsible for any returning item so we recommend that you send your return by Royal mail Recorded Delivery, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.

Currently we do not offer a free returns service however we appreciate that this can be a hassle for you if your shoes are not quite right. That's why we would like to take the hassle out of returning your shoes to us. We can organise a collection for you from your desired address (work or home) and return the unsuitable items to us here at Ubershoes HQ within 3- 5 working days. This will save you the hassle of going to the post office and paying a large return postage cost. We can offer this service to you for £4.99which will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more than one item it will be an additional £1 per item. A printer is required for returns label which will be emailed to you. If you would like us to book a collection for you please email us at sales@ubershoes.co.uk with your order number and we will happily get that organised for you.


 

Exchanges

If you're item is unsuitable, we offer an exchange service at a small re-postage fee of just £3.99. To check availability of the Size, Colour or Alternative Item and to make a re-postage payment please email us at sales@ubershoes.co.uk. Alternatively, state on your returning invoice the Size and Product Code you wish to exchange for when returning your item. Please include £3.99 with your returning item. If your requested item is unavailable we will contact you to inform you.
